You bring:

• A current and valid Texas Nursing Facility Administrator License (LNFA) is required.
• A minimum of three years of successful leadership experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing community.
• A proven history of regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and operational success.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• The ability to develop, coach, and inspire teams toward a common purpose.
• A passion for caring for seniors and creating exceptional experiences for residents and families.
• The humility to listen, the courage to lead, and the heart to serve.
