Machinist I/II – Temple, TX
Shifts Available:

• 1st
  
  Shift: 5:00am – 3:30pm (Mon–Fri)
• 2nd
  
  Shift: 3:30pm – 2:00am (Mon–Fri) – $2 shift differential

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of machining experience.
• Strong machining knowledge and ability to work with tooling and process limits.
• Comfort with reading instructions, safety protocols, and technical manuals.
• Solid math skills (whole numbers, fractions, decimals).
• A team player with a continuous improvement mindset.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up & operate CNC Lathe machines to produce precision parts
• Troubleshoot programs & adjust G/M codes for accuracy
• Participate in LEAN initiatives, Kaizen events & 5S workplace standards
• Operate advanced machines while maintaining top safety standards

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This is an active, hands-on position where you’ll be moving, problem-solving, and working with precision. You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, working around moving machinery, and being in a lively (sometimes loud) environment.
