Assembly Solder Technician

We are seeking Solder Technicians to support the production of high reliability printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). If you are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and eager to work with a hands‑on team in a clean, professional environment, we encourage you to apply. Experienced technicians are strongly encouraged, but we are also willing to train candidates with the right aptitude and attitude.

• Solder surface‑mount (SMT) and through‑hole components, including fine pitch and SOIC packages
• Read and follow detailed work instructions, assembly drawings, BOMs, and routers
• Perform visual inspections to IPC‑A‑610 Class 2 or Class 3 workmanship standards
• Identify and correct soldering defects; perform rework as needed
• Follow all ESD, safety, and cleanliness protocols
• Assist in other production tasks as needed

• Manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts under magnification
• Ability to identify common electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, etc.)
• Willingness to learn and follow documented processes
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team‑first mindset
• U.S. Citizenship (required under ITAR regulations)
• Able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)

• Experience soldering SMT and through‑hole components
• IPC‑A‑610 or J‑STD‑001 certification (Class 2 or
  3)
• Previous work in electronics manufacturing or high‑reliability environments
• Familiarity with ESD procedures and quality documentation
