Performance Food Group in Temple, TX is seeking a Meat/Seafood Cutter to portion and package beef, pork, lamb, and seafood to spec, and to clean and sanitize tools while maintaining GMP and safety standards. You’ll help keep the production line flowing efficiently as a valued team member.
Responsibilities include reviewing the work order, retrieving stock, cutting portions by hand or with band saw/slicer, checking weights, and performing routine housekeeping while adhering to USDA guidelines.
