Vice President & General Manager, Greenfield Manufacturing; -Mix Fabrication

Build it. Lead it. Own it.

Picture your Monday in Temple, Texas:
You step onto 40,000 square feet of open floor that you’re transforming into a modern, high-performing plant. By mid-morning, you’re shoulder-to-shoulder with the team, working through production and capacity questions. That afternoon, you’re with the President, mapping capital plans, performance targets, strategy, and growth. This isn’t about inheriting someone else’s decisions—it’s about making the right ones from day one.

What You’ll Build Design and launch a 40,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility from the ground up Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 50+ employees across salaried and hourly roles

Shape equipment selection, automation, layout, workflow, and capital investments

Create the operating system: KPIs, accountability, and a continuous-improvement culture

Own plant-level financial performance and operating results

Scale within an organization backed by strong customer demand, executive sponsorship, and significant growth
