Mars is seeking Reliability Maintenance Technicians for a 223-night shift (7pm–7:30am) at a pet food manufacturing site in Texas. You will install, repair, troubleshoot and maintain industrial equipment, ensuring continuous operation and adherence to preventive maintenance plans.
You will lead the PM system for your area, drive downtime improvements, train operators and technicians, and coordinate with contractors and the reliability team to meet site CBM goals.
