This role sits at the intersection of creativity and impact. As Marketing Coordinator
, you’ll help shape how meaningful infrastructure, architecture, and design work is positioned in the marketplace—supporting growth, strengthening brand presence, and translating technical expertise into compelling stories across three brands. Your work will directly influence how projects are pursued, won, and recognized.
- Schedule with split on-site work time between Temple and Georgetown offices, and flexible Fridays

Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 annually (DOE)
What You’ll Be Doing- Develop and manage SOQs and proposal content in collaboration with technical teams
- Support business development efforts through research, brand positioning, and messaging
- Create, post, and analyze content across social media platforms
- Maintain and update website and project portfolio content
- Develop quarterly external newsletters and marketing communications
- Coordinate project and event photography as needed
- Partner closely with engineers, architects, and leadership to support firm-wide initiatives
- At least three years of practical marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- Hands-on experience supporting marketing initiatives for professional services organizations
- Skilled in writing persuasive content, especially for proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs)
- Comfortable collaborating with technical teams or subject-matter experts
- Experience managing social media accounts and analyzing performance metrics
- Familiarity with updating and maintaining websites and project portfolios
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Background in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (A/E/C) industry
- Track record of successful proposal and SOQ creation
- Exceptional creative writing and storytelling skills
- Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating across teams
- Experience with photographing projects or events
