We are a 102‑bed acute care psychiatric hospital located in the Central Texas town of Temple, Texas. Canyon Creek offers individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors and provides inpatient acute care and intensive outpatient programs.

Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000.

• Provide patient care, comfort and security to patients and families at their most vulnerable times.
• Collaborate with the health team to prescribe, coordinate and evaluate patient care in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care.

• Education: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred; minimum two years’ experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility preferred.
• Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Texas State Board of Nursing.
• Additional Requirements: CPR certification and training in appropriate use of seclusion and restraint within 30 days of employment. Successful completion of Handle with Care training and Service Excellence Training within 30 days of employment.
