Clinical Supervisor (Part-Time with Growth Opportunity)

• Lead new nurse orientations.
• Complete in‑home check‑offs.
• Assist in nurse/patient relationship management, including clinical and charting questions.
• Build brand awareness to increase patient census.
• Educate patients and caregivers with individualized creativity.
• Follow nursing policies, procedures, physician orders, and Medicaid regulations.
• Demonstrate teamwork, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Support quality improvement practices.
• Perform nursing procedures per agency policy.
• Monitor reactions and progress using observation, assessment, and evaluation.
• Educate patients/family about disease process, medications, treatment options, and home‑care procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor patient care and services.
• Comply with HIPAA and infection‑control regulations.
• Document skilled care and maintain patient records per Medicaid guidelines.
• Participate in in‑services, workshops, seminars, and self‑study courses annually.

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current license.
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience (preferred).
• Positive and favorable relation with patients and staff.
• Good oral and written communication and documentation skills.
• Minimum two professional references.
• Current CPR certificate from American Heart Association or approved source meeting AHA guidelines.
• Compliance with all policies and procedures in the employee handbook.
