Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX. is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our amazing Observation Unit (STC
2). Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital is a 636-bed specialty care teaching hospital and the only Level 1 Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin.
Unit Summary
This 37-bed nursing unit provides the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients ranging in age from Adults to Geriatrics. The goal for these patients is to diagnose, monitor and treat patients within 36 hours. The conditions that are within the scope of service for the Observation Unit include but are not limited to the following:
chest pain
CHF
syncope
dehydration
abdominal-gastrointestinal conditions
