Job Description

Position Summary:

The House Supervisor assumes responsibility for complete facility operations during the assigned shift. This includes supervising nursing and clinical staff, ensuring accurate and timely patient care. The position supervises care of patients ranging in age from adolescents through adults.

Temple, Texas

• Assume responsibility for facility operations during the assigned shift
• Evaluate patients/milieu acuity each shift, report high acuity to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
• Provide leadership, supervision, and direction to Charge Nurses, RNs, LVNs, MHTs, and Unit Clerks

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 years nursing experience. Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a hospital; at least 2 years critical care/progressive clinical care experience.
• Licensure:
  Current Texas Registered Nurse license; current CPR certification.
