RN Neuro PCU – Baylor Scott & White Health

We are seeking full‑time Registered Nurses to join our 38‑bed Neuro PCU at Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas. This unit operates within a team nursing model, providing comprehensive neuro‑critical care to patients with conditions such as epilepsy, stroke, and neurosurgical interventions.

Full‑time RN experience in neuro or acute care. Eligible to work day shift (7a‑7p). Must be licensed in Texas and hold a current BLS certification.

• 4 Bed Epilepsy Monitoring Unit
• Award‑winning Comprehensive Stroke Center certified through Joint Commission
• Key services:
  Hemicraniectomy, aneurysm clipping, carotid endarterectomy, TIA, ischemic & hemorrhagic stroke, neurosurgery, seizures, brain mass

• Graduate of an accredited RN program (ADN required, BSN preferred)
• Licensed RN in the state of Texas
• Preferred 12‑18 months RN experience in acute care or hospital setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Ability to function competently and effectively under pressure and in emergency situations
