American Traveler is hiring a CVOR RN for a 13-week travel assignment requiring 2+ years of cardiovascular surgery experience and an active TX or compact RN license.
Requirements- Active TX or compact RN license required
- BLS certification (AHA only) required
- Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required
- Experience in open heart, open vascular, and endovascular surgery required
- Royal blue scrub color required
- Two professional references required
- Operating Room setting specializing in Cardiovascular surgery (CVOR)
- Cases include open heart, open vascular, and endovascular procedures
- Patient ratio of 1 to 1
- PM shift schedule, Monday-Friday
- On-call required, with float/weekend work only if called in
- 13-week assignment length
- Provide perioperative nursing care for complex cardiovascular surgical cases
- Flu shots are mandatory with no exemptions, typically required during flu season (August-November)
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
- Local candidates within the radius are not accepted
