Elara Caring is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for Home Health in Temple, TX. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., visiting patients in their homes and collaborating with an RN Case Manager to coordinate care.
You will provide skilled nursing visits, educate patients and families, document care, and help reduce hospitalizations. Requirements include active Texas LVN license, graduation from an accredited program, and at least one year of nursing experience.
