Pay: $45,000 – $55,000 annually

The Assistant Property Manager will support the management of leasing and related tasks. They will engage with prospects, tenants, and internal team members to resolve issues and drive occupancy, retention, and tenant satisfaction.

- Lease Renewals
- Application Processing
- Minimum of two years relevant property management and customer service experience.
- Leasing experience; required.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem‑solving attitude.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel as needed.
