We are seeking full-time, entry-level Retail Sales Associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, and engaging with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, electronics, tools, and firearms (in FFL locations). The role offers hourly wages plus commissions based on productivity.

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Manage cash and negotiable items securely.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Complete required training and other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to perform tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, and climbing.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation and team spirit.
• Proficient in basic math and cash handling (preferred).
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
