As a member of the freezer, cooler, and deli team, you will keep shelves stocked, maintain proper temperature control, and provide friendly customer service. You will help ensure ingredients are fresh, safe, and ready for our members.

• Maintain quality products and ensure they are available for members.
• Keep shelves clean, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality food.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products into proper containers and set up stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.
• Follow safety standards and conduct safety sweeps.
• Receive, stock, and set up merchandise, including handling returns and claims.
• Organize product displays, remove damaged goods, and price merchandise appropriately.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting with purchases, and offering deli products.
• Adhere to food handling policies, operate, repair, and sanitize equipment, and follow cold‑chain procedures.
• Monitor freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors for proper operation and report issues.

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps; following proper forklift spotting procedures; handling hazardous materials; and correcting unsafe situations. Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation, manages merchandising tasks, and secures fragile and high‑shrink items.
