Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T2278) -- Target

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.00 USD per hour

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve specific needs and resolve concerns.
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities, and events.
• Know the tools, products, and services available in the total store to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
• Explain and assist with Target App features, Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Handle returns per policy, escalating to leaders when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive Up, and related duties with compliance (including applicable beverage laws).

• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise (up to 44 pounds with or without assistance).
• Ability to remain mobile during shift and work in varying temperatures.
