We are currently seeking entry-level, part-time Retail Sales Associates to join our team at pawn store locations nationwide. The role involves engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, and working with various merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations).

The position offers hourly wages plus commission, with potential earnings up to 8% on transactions, which can add approximately $1.00 per hour to your base pay.

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle sales and loan transactions according to policies and regulations.
• Manage cash and negotiable items securely.
• Answer incoming calls professionally.
• Explain legal aspects of transactions to customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Complete training as required.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, climbing, etc.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
• Minimum age of 18 years, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling preferred.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations and on weekends/holidays.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
