Member Assist Cart Attendant

Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member‑assist cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases and ensuring there are carts ready and available.

You will assist members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area, including keeping the parking lot tidy.
• Assist members with purchases, payments, and using cash registers.
• Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds and assist members with transporting items.
• Conduct safety sweeps, handle merchandise, and report unsafe situations.
• Resolve member issues and concerns, promoting the company’s products and services.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to prioritize tasks and improve processes.

Hourly wage range: $16.00 – $23.00 per hour*.

Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
