Position Summary
We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member‑assist cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases and ensuring there are carts ready and available.
You will assist members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

- Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area, including keeping the parking lot tidy.
- Assist members with purchases, payments, and using cash registers.
- Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds and assist members with transporting items.
- Conduct safety sweeps, handle merchandise, and report unsafe situations.
- Resolve member issues and concerns, promoting the company’s products and services.
- Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to prioritize tasks and improve processes.

Hourly wage range: $16.00 – $23.00 per hour*.
Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
