Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly-motivated field sales representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory. The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. • Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM
• Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
• Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
• Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry
• Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
• Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role
• Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Experience using a CRM is preferred Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
