Field Decommission Technician - Tear Down (Maintenance)

We are seeking a skilled Field Decommission Technician to perform hands‑on dismantling and removal of equipment, infrastructure, and materials from operational sites across our nationwide territories, with a primary focus on the central region of the U.S. (ideal candidates based in Texas). This role requires up to 80% travel, a strong mechanical background, and the ability at times to work in demanding conditions while adhering to strict safety and environmental protocols.

• Dismantle and remove equipment, infrastructure, and materials from operational sites using hand‑held plasma cutters and Atomic Oxygen (AO) equipment.
• Operate heavy machinery, including excavators and telehandlers, ensuring safe and efficient task completion.
• Work extended shifts in physically demanding environments, maintaining productivity and professionalism.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, participating in the company's safety program and reporting all accidents or near‑mises immediately to the crew leader or superintendent.
• Follow environmental specifications, including spill containment protocols, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Complete assigned work orders and daily tasks as directed by the crew leader or superintendent, meeting project deadlines.
• Safely operate pneumatic, electric and hand tools, as well as industrial equipment, while adhering to capacity and load limits for rolling stock equipment.
