What You'll DoAs a Local CDL Driver, you'll safely deliver beverage products to customer accounts while providing outstanding service. You'll be responsible for route deliveries, product rotation and merchandising, collecting and reconciling payments, performing vehicle inspections, maintaining DOT compliance, and ensuring every customer receives dependable, professional service. Drivers also help identify new opportunities in the market, communicate effectively with sales and operations teams, and represent the KEG 1 O'Neal brand with pride.

Safely operate a company truck while transporting product from the warehouse to retail locations

Unload product deliveries to assigned routes. Routes will have a 1 to 2 driver helpers assigned depending on load size and volume.

Place delivered products in assigned storage locations at each route stop.

Safeguard company products, equipment, and vehicles while on the route

Complete required pre-trip safety inspections in accordance with Department of Transportation regulations and company guidelines

Operate the vehicle safely, obey all traffic laws, and follow applicable DOT regulations at all times

Ensure the truck is properly loaded to prevent product damage during transport

Remove trash, shrink-wrap, and debris from the truck at the end of each dayKeep the truck cab clean, organized, and ready for the next route

What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent

Valid Texas CDLValid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate We provide Training Commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service

Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs and move product throughout the workday

Ability to perform a physically active role that includes continuous sitting, walking, reaching, bending, and stoopingA strong commitment to safety, service, teamwork, and doing the job right

Education high school diploma or equivalent

Experience one (1) to three (3) years commercial driving experience

Licensing valid Texas Commercial Driver License valid U.S. Department of Transportation Medical Examiners Certificate
