W2 CDL-A Regional Driver | Home Weekly | Southwest

We are hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers to run primarily within the Southwest region, with occasional routes outside the region to maximize miles. Drivers receive weekly home time with a 34-hour reset and average approximately 2,000 miles per week hauling 100% no-touch freight.
Pay & Sign-On BonusAverage weekly pay: $1,100 - $1,200
Top 20% of drivers earn $1,500+ per week
Average weekly mileage: approximately 2,000 miles
Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours, or higher as required by law
Layover pay: $100 per day, or higher as required by law
Sign-on bonus: $3,000 total
Schedule & Home TimeWeekly home time with a 34-hour reset
Primarily Southwest regional routes
Occasional runs outside the region to maximize miles
Must be available for varying route schedules and delivery needs
2021 or newer Freight lander Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
RequirementsValid CDL-A required with 3 months minimum of experience
Must be able to perform live unloads when required
Must be available for regional and occasional out-of-region routes
