Job Description

As a Relief Counselor, you gain experience while playing a crucial role in supporting individuals facing mental health challenges by helping them live independently and live beyond their perceived limitations. Relief Counselors play a significant role in our mission to enhance the well-being of those we serve by providing direct support care, ensure daily living needs are met while maintaining a safe yet inspiring atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized, person-centered support plans.
  • Assist individuals in accessing community resources and/or provide transportation as needed.
  • Implement activities that promote skill development, community engagement, personal growth, and meaningful relationships.
  • Review and complete all required documentation.
  • The organization recognizes skills, location, training, and populations served in certain programs by offering an additional hourly differential.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
  • Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Pay Range: $17.50
