Job Purpose:
The IAC is seeking a Keshet Facilitator that will implement a fun, engaging learning experience for kids ages 6-8, centered around Israeli culture, Jewish identity, and the Hebrew language.
The Keshet Facilitator reports to the IAC New Jersey Community Engagement Manager/Coordinator.
Duties include and are not limited to:
Skills/Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in working with children in non-formal educational settings.
- Experience in youth movement or equivalent is an advantage.
- Experience in the Israeli education sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with Israeli culture and Jewish tradition.
- Natural love and ability to work and relate to young children and parents.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Hebrew and English (speaking, reading, writing).
