Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire the daily operations team, ensuring every customer enjoys a safe, welcoming, and high‑quality experience.
- Actively monitor staffing levels, arranging cover when needed, and managing rotas efficiently.
- Be visible and approachable throughout the facility to check standards, support staff, and address issues promptly.
- Handle customer enquiries that require managerial input, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Work closely with the Sites Manager to address maintenance needs.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times.
- Serve as the main key holder, including opening/closing duties and emergency callouts.
- Confident, people‑focused leader with proven ability to motivate, guide, and support teams.
- Passionate about customer satisfaction and creating memorable experiences.
- Experience in the leisure industry, ideally at Duty Officer or Supervisor level.
- Holds or willing to train for NPLQ and Pool Plant Operators qualifications.
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends (one in four), and bank holidays.
- Willing to relocate to, or already living in, the area.
