Location: Great Holland
Harlow District Council is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Project Manager to join its Pre-Construction team to manage the pre-construction phase of its capital works programme. The programme will deliver major refurbishment and component replacement projects in occupied council homes, with a requirement to be based on site 1 to 3 days per week.
