Roofing Site Manager - Bristol
Start: End of August
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: Negotiable
Think Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Roofing Site Manager to oversee a roofing refurbishment project in Bristol
, starting at the end of August.
This is a 6-month contract working across occupied residential properties
, including a Grade II listed building
. The project will involve the installation of insulation to flat roofs, so previous experience managing roofing works within occupied environments and on heritage buildings is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing roofing projects
- Experience working on occupied residential properties
- Knowledge of Grade II listed or heritage building works
- Experience with flat roofing and insulation installations
- SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS
- Strong communication and site management skills
