Nationwide in Dovercourt, Tendring is looking for a Customer Representative to welcome customers in branch and support them by phone and online. You'll handle everyday transactions, queries and guide customers to banking services and digital tools.
The role is permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with Wednesday closure at branch; some calls on savings line. You’ll be part of a multi-skilled team, committed to fairer finances and great customer experiences.
