The ideal candidate will hold a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a top UK university and will bring prior child-centred or pastoral experience (desirable but not essential). Strong communication skills, patience, empathy and a willingness to learn are essential. Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
