Clacton County High School is seeking an Assistant Year Manager to join its pastoral team. You will be the first point of contact for parents, help organise mentoring programmes, and support the Year Manager in daily pastoral duties while upholding high expectations and safeguarding standards.
The role offers a 37-hour week over 39 weeks per year (term time plus non-pupil days), with opportunities to contribute to a caring school community focused on student progression and wellbeing.
