About the Role

Are you an NMC registered nurse in the UK looking for control and flexibility to work the shifts that fit your lifestyle? This Bank Nurse role at Asher House within Elysium Healthcare offers no minimum hours, allowing you to choose shifts via an app after a paid two‑week induction.

• Provide high‑quality, evidence‑based support to service users with learning disabilities or mental health needs
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting colleagues and prioritising the needs of service users
• Maintain your knowledge and familiarity with the service by working regularly
• Book and secure shifts through the dedicated app and keep up‑to‑date with shift changes

• Relevant nursing qualification
• NMC registration

• Good sense of humour

• Hourly rate up to £18.00 (plus 12.07% holiday allowance uplift)
