Riverside Health Centre is actively seeking a nurse practitioner/advanced nurse practitioner to deliver high-quality clinical care to our patients in primary care. The role is offered on a part-time basis, 30 hours per week.
The successful candidate will consult with patients, manage minor illness and acute disease presentations, and be knowledgeable about chronic conditions commonly seen in the community such as asthma, COPD, hypertension and cardiac disease.
