New Way Recruitment LTD in Clacton-on-Sea is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to provide strong clinical leadership within a nursing home. You will oversee care planning, governance and team supervision, ensuring safe, dignified and person-centred care for residents.
The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN, with proven Clinical Lead experience in a nursing home, and can work 40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern including weekends.
