St Helena Hospice Ltd in Manningtree is seeking a Retail, Cafe & Donation Centre Site Manager to lead our new Manningtree store. This 37.5-hour-per-week role includes weekends on a rota, managing a shop, cafe and donation centre to maximise income while delivering an excellent customer and donor experience.
You will recruit and develop staff and volunteers, ensure safe stock handling, food hygiene and compliance, and promote the shop locally through community activity.
