About the role
Manage, track, attend, and resolve Centralised Cooling System (CCS) issues inside HDB Dwelling Units. Work closely with cross functional teams and various stakeholders including customers, contractors, and agencies to ensure effective execution of works and resolution of issues. Face and explain to customers on the process and supervise works to ensure quality and quick resolution of the issues.
Key responsibilities- Manage, track, attend, resolve Centralised Cooling System (CCS) issues inside HDB Dwelling Units
- Work closely with cross functional teams and various stakeholders including customers, contractors, agencies and ensure effective execution of works and resolution of issues
- Face and explain to customers on the process; and supervise works to ensure quality and quick resolution of the issues
- Able to use various IT systems tools, MS Office applications and data to update, seek internal approvals (if required) and resolve issues on the ground
- Ensure works order, completion certificates etc are generated and validated for contractor works
- Maintain various databases for management reporting
- Any other duties as assigned
- At least a degree with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in operations and customer service roles
- Effective communication skills – both written and oral with good command of English language and in one other language due to job nature
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle impromptu situations
- Independent and self-driven, with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good attitude and willing to take initiative to improve processes and respond to customers' needs
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and strong analytical skills with an eye for details
- Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
- Must be willing to work on weekends and after normal office hours (if required)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
