School Teacher's Aide Garden

Contract:

1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027

Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break

Fridays: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break

• Perform basic administrative duties such as photocopying/laminating of teaching/learning resources
• Issue and collection of teaching/learning resources
• Perform data entry, filing, typing and printing of worksheets and notes
• Prepare certificates awarded by department/level
• Scan optical answer sheets
• Key in students’ marks/grades into computer databases
• Collate department/level surveys and other statistics
• Assist in stock management

• Act as a support to teachers in the respective classrooms

• Assist in general administrative duties in General Office
• Perform operational duties as assigned by School Management
• Any other duties as assigned by School Management

• Possess at least a Singapore-Cambridge GCE Normal (Academic/Technical) Level with a Pass in English
• Preferably three (3) years of relevant working experience in a school environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• General computer skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
