Long-Term Opportunity
Responsibilities:- Process accounts payable transactions and invoices
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with data entry and account reconciliation
- Support accounting and administrative functions
- Utilize Quick Books and other accounting software
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payments
- Previous accounting experience required
- Accounts Payable experience preferred
- Previous experience with Quick Books required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
