The Design Coordinator is responsible for providing scheduling and resource support for the Design team. Duties include administrative functions such as printing, sorting, and filing. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company and the capability of working in a team environment are necessary for this position.
Duties / Responsibilities- Assist Design staff with administrative functions
- Demonstrate a commitment to the quality improvement process and the philosophy of continuous improvement; identify and respond actively and with sensitivity to the needs of all customers; participate as a team player in all phases of the organization; and be open and responsive to change.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the role
- General computer knowledge
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to learn new tasks and processes
- Attention to detail, takes pride in quality of work
- Efficient and able to complete assignments within a given deadline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team ethic
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Sitting or standing at a computer for long periods of time. Occasional visits to local job sites.
Travel RequirementsOccasional travel may be required.
