Rusty Wallace Ford is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to join our service team. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance services while following dealership and manufacturer procedures. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or continue a career in automotive service with no weekend work and a clear path to advancement.

• Monday through Friday only

• Ability to commute to Dandridge, TN required

• In person, on site position

• Valid driver's license required

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services

• Complete multi point inspections accurately and on time

• Identify maintenance or safety concerns and communicate findings clearly

• Follow Ford and dealership service procedures

• Maintain accurate service documentation

• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe

• Work closely with technicians and service advisors to support workflow

• Previous lube or automotive service experience preferred but not required

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced service environment

• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds

• Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends
