Are you an energetic and upbeat automotive technician with a knack for problem-solving? If you have a positive attitude and a strong desire to serve customers, we want you on our team! You’ll be at the forefront of diagnosing and fixing vehicles, ensuring our customers receive the best service possible.

• Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued customers.
• Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer issues.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly performance goals.
• A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A commitment to long-term career development.

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Ability to walk or stand for the majority of the workday.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficient in navigating a computer.

This position is at a Christian Brothers Automotive location that is independently owned and operated by a local licensed franchisee.
