As an Automotive Technician, you will be the hero our guests rely on to solve their vehicle issues. If you have a positive attitude and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

• Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service.
• Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department to ensure seamless operations.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to tackle challenges and deliver outstanding results.

• Ability to lift and/or move over 50 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Capable of navigating tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Willingness to walk or stand for the majority of the workday.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient in navigating a computer for diagnostics and reporting.

• 10+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• Expertise in diagnostics and drive-ability issues.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals consistently.
• Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Current driver’s license.
