Position Overview
Aids in the development of fuel procurement strategy related program management, sourcing and competitive bidding activities, contract administration, category management support, customer service, problem resolution in the support continuous business operations.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES- Assists with supplier selection and onboarding, including competitive bidding, supplier negotiations and vendor management activities.
- Develops business stakeholder relationships, providing support in navigating procurement processes and procedures.
- Develop quality tools for analysis to inform efficiencies associated with program management and vendor management effectiveness.
- Develops appropriate system of recording, monitoring, tracking and maintaining overall program, process and systems compliance.
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree or equivalence experience
- Plus, two (2) years' experience in procurement/sourcing or fuel related categories
- Knowledge of business software, spreadsheet applications.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Evidence of organizational and time management skills.
- Evidence of strong written and oral communication skills.
- Some travel required
