• Supports division staff including sales executive, estimators, and project managers.
• Receive and process contract documents.
• Set up job budgets, job files, and accounting files.
• Track all inbound material.
• Complete warranty and close out documents.
• Download plan pages and set up files for estimators and project managers.
• Set up various meetings/events.
• Other duties as assigned.

• At least 3 years’ experience performing various administrative duties (within the commercial construction industry strongly preferred).
• Effective management and prioritization of multiple projects and deadlines in a time sensitive environment.
• Highly motivated individual who can work independently with little supervision.
• Must have strong organization skills and be very detail oriented.
• Flexible, with the ability to diplomatically interface with all levels of employees, customers, and business partners.
