Job Position DescriptionWith a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage and complete jobs according to Puro Clean® processes per workorder. Respond to service calls, set up efficient job flow, coordinate requirements, complete job documentation, supervise production work, and monitor assigned jobs from start to finish. Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site. Perform sales and marketing activities, including add‑on sales and security checks, and establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers.
Communicate with Project Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager or Owner, and customers in a timely manner. Deliver world‑class service that exceeds customer expectations and sets Puro Clean apart from competitors.
- Managing customer satisfaction and representing the brand
- Effectively performing all aspects of the production process
- Continuously developing production skills and expertise
- Managing financial assets and equipment
- Following all uniform and policy guidelines in line with the Brand Identity Guide
- Leaving jobsites clean and orderly
- Coaching and training production staff technicians
- Maintaining preventative vehicle and equipment maintenance and facility oversight
- Ensuring clear communication with office staff, supervisors, and fellow technicians
- Willingness for continued learning and growth; ability to lead and coach teammates
- Attention to detail in organization, cleanliness, and care for facility, assets, and equipment
- Aptitude with record‑keeping, information recording, and communicating the message
- Awareness and respect for safety; careful care with teammates and customers
- Strength in multitasking and handling deadlines; organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on feet for prolonged periods of time
- Learn and develop new professional skills in a fast‑paced environment
