Williamson County Parks and Recreation is accepting applications for part-time Kids Care Attendants at the Nolensville Recreation Complex.

Schedule:

• Up to 20 hours per week
• Typical shifts include:
• Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Evenings)
• Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Mornings)
• Additional morning shifts may be available as needed

Responsibilities:

• Supervise children ages 6 weeks to 7 years in a safe, engaging environment
• Assist with diapering, feeding, and general care
• Maintain accurate attendance and records
• Clean and sanitize toys, equipment, and childcare areas
• Lead activities to keep children active, learning, and entertained
• Communicate professionally with parents/guardians

Qualifications:

• Prefer applicants to be at least 17 years old
• Ability to lift and assist children as needed
• Enjoy working with young children and engaging them in age-appropriate activities
• Background check required upon hire
