- Educating young patients and their parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Managing patient records and documentation
- Assisting with scheduling, patient flow, and inventory control
- Upholding rigorous safety and infection‑control protocols
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall clinic operations
- Tennessee Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Radiology certification & current CPR certification
- Prior pediatric dental experience is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail, excellent clinical skills
- Warm, friendly demeanor and ability to connect with children and parents
