Experience
  • Chairside assistance during exams and procedures—maintaining a sterile, efficient environment
  • Performing expanded duties: taking radiographs, applying sealants, supporting restorative care
  • Preparing, sterilizing, and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
  • Educating young patients and their parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
  • Managing patient records and documentation
  • Assisting with scheduling, patient flow, and inventory control
  • Upholding rigorous safety and infection‑control protocols
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall clinic operations
Qualifications
  • Tennessee Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
  • Radiology certification & current CPR certification
  • Prior pediatric dental experience is a strong plus
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent clinical skills
  • Warm, friendly demeanor and ability to connect with children and parents
