- DDS/DMD degree; active and unrestricted Tennessee license.
- Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues.

- HIPAA training and data safeguard compliance.
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
