Purpose and Scope
During before and after school hours extended learning programs, organizes, coordinates, and supervises the Extended Learning Program (ELP) after-school program. Develops daily programming and routines in collaboration with the ELP Site Worker to standardize processes used at their designated school site, including activities and the safety and well-being of all children while on school site grounds. In collaboration with the ELP Site Worker oversees data entry for Tennessee Department of Education (TDOE).
Ensures program compliance with all applicable District policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations, and standards of quality and safety. Establishes processes to maintain program records.
A program Site Supervisor shall be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and shall meet at least the minimum qualification listed below:
Education level
Minimum experience required
High school diploma
Childcare experience = Preferred
